Brigad's survey: customers value service

The trends show that customers value "quality customers" service above everything else and revealed the top 3 consumers's frustrations: unhelpful staff, slow service and staff not knowing the menu enough. It unveiled as well the elements restaurant owners and managers should improve on to retain their staff and make their business more sustainable.
