Feedback
In our app, fostering connections that last is at the heart of what we do.It enables businesses to create, manage and leverage their own network of talents seamlessly.
After completing missions, businesses are prompted to provide feedback to talents. This feedback system allows them to rate their experience and offer specific insights.
Talents, on the other hand, access only their average rating. Yet, even this provides invaluable insight into areas for improvement. Moreover, this feedback enriches our algorithm, enhancing future connections.
Favourites
Our app allows businesses to create a centralised list of all talents you've previously worked and had good experiences with, called Favourites. This list grants you more autonomy over future collaborations, as it allows you to start building their own network of talents. This network enables will you to replicate positive experiences for in the future by, for instance, offering new mission opportunities exclusively or with priority to these talents.
Re-connection
With the Brigad platform, you can seamlessly re-engage with the talents you prefer to collaborate with, repeating positive experiences and building a stronger collaboration with them.
When it comes to creating new missions, you’ll have the flexibility to tailor their propositions. Choose to send mission proposals exclusively to:
- Selected talents within you network
- All talents in their network
- Or prioritise their network before reaching out to new talents.
It’s never been easier for you to work again with talents with whom you have already had a great experience with.
Talent requests
Once both a business and a talent have agreed to work together again on a future mission, the talent has the option to create the mission directly within the Brigad app and send it to the business. This streamlined approach saves businesses valuable time, as you’ll be able to accept the mission request with just one click.
Sharing
For businesses operating across multiple sites, our platform offers the capability to share their network across sites. This means that separate sites within a group can access a broader pool of talents already approved by their peers. By leveraging this shared network, your businesses can increase your chances of having mission propositions accepted and facilitating successful collaborations across different locations.
